Job Title: Primary Therapist
The Primary Therapist is responsible for all aspects of client care and therapy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts individual and group therapy sessions with Residential clients.
- Responsible for updating and collaborating with referents.
- Participates in weekly staff meetings regarding each client and gives recommendations.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
- Licensure preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse field required.
