Ideal for those who have been through alcohol rehab before and have suffered a relapse or those who have not been abusing alcohol long enough to have developed a physical addiction, an outpatient California alcohol rehab program gives you the opportunity to maintain your ties to the community as you address the acute issues that are negatively affecting your chronic struggle with alcoholism.
Inpatient California Alcohol Rehab Programs
Inpatient or residential California alcohol rehab programs provide you with a 24-hour, round-the-clock treatment and support option for those who have never been to alcohol rehab before, those who are physically addicted to alcohol and require alcohol detox, and those who have suffered a long-term, significant relapse. The benefit, beside the constant support, is the ability to leave behind temptations, stressful situations, and work- and/ or relationship-related problems that often trigger addictive drinking. Inpatient California alcohol rehab programs have the unique ability of being able to treat alcohol addiction on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.
Continuing Care California Alcohol Rehab Programs
When you have completed a California alcohol rehab program, you have the option to continue with either offsite or onsite aftercare services or continued care. Offsite aftercare services often provide for a certain level of continued contact with therapists and counselors and/ or group therapy or 12-step sessions. Onsite continued care usually occurs in the form of sober living facilities in which you are invited to continue to live at the treatment center but with a much less rigorous therapeutic and treatment schedule. In the event that you choose sober living, the details of your schedule will be chosen by you and your therapeutic team depending upon your personal treatment goals.
