Drug Addiction in the Workplace

Drug and alcohol addiction costs your company both time and money in the form of decreased productivity and increased absenteeism - not to mention accidents, insurance claims and higher healthcare expenses. To stay competitive, businesses must look for ways to alleviate employee addictions and promote a healthy, productive work environment.

Because there are different aspects of drug addiction, so too are there different avenues that are effective means of overcoming drug addiction. Outpatient treatments are good for those who simply relapsed and need a refresher or for those who have low-dose habits for short periods of time.
